We can also see caste-based prejudice in villages, some of which are lower caste persons who are not permitted to join the temple, so these individuals have to give prayer outside the temple to God. Also, some lower caste people are constructing temples on their own. Lower class people were not permitted to eat at social events with upper caste people and upper caste people did not accept lower caste people's invitation and did not eat with them if admitted. These are just a few problems and still leaving India in the 21st century, although untouchability was forbidden by constitution, but these are new ways of untouchability.
