Hint: Mixtures can be of two types. One is a homogeneous mixture of substances that are soluble and inseparable while the heterogeneous mixture of substances that are not soluble and the both substances can be easily seen as different.

Complete answer:
Mixture is the coming of two or three substances with each other in a beaker or a container.
In a solution, when two substances are mixed together then the substance that is being dissolved is called solute and the substance in which they are being dissolved are called solvent. There can be solutions of various types, in which gas is mixed with gas, liquid and solid, liquid is mixed with gas, liquid and gas and solid is mixed with gas, liquid and gas.
These mixtures can be of various types: -
Homogeneous mixtures: when two more substances are mixed together that they can’t be seen as a mixture of two substances and are inseparable easily. These can be any solid liquid and gas.
Heterogeneous mixture: When two or more substances are mixed together and they can be seen as two different solutions of different properties, that are already separated.
Pulses containing stones is an example of heterogeneous mixtures.

Note:
There are few mixtures which when mixed with each other release heat or sometimes some solutions need energy to get mixed with each other.
