Hint: Lots of the appliances in which the electric motor is used. We can find that appliance by identifying a rotator instrument in that appliance. It means the appliance having the rotation work will definitely have an electric motor be used.
Solution step by step
As we all know that electric motor has its work for the rotation. In the world lots of appliances in which electric motors are used.
Such appliances are-
1) Vacuum cleaner,
2) Air conditioner,
3) Grinder, and
4) Mixers.
These are the appliances which we are using already in daily life. These are the really useful appliances which cannot work without electric motors. The electric motor works on the principal is based on the current carrying conductor which produces a magnetic field around it. A current carrying conductor is placed perpendicular to the magnetic field so that it can experience a force.
Large AC motors (used in the factory machines) work in a slightly different way; they pass alternating current through the opposing pairs of the magnets to create a rotating magnetic field which induces a magnetic field in the motor rotor causing it to spin around it.
Note:An electric motor is a device used to convert electricity into the mechanical energy .Its working is opposite to that of the working of the electric generator
There are two types of the electric motor
(1). Electric AC motor
(2). Electric DC motor
Many parts which are used in the DC electric motors are
(1). Stator
(2). Rotor
(3). Commutator
(4). Power source
(5). Brushes
