Complete step by step solution:
Communication system is the system which describes the information exchange between two points. Communication is the process of transmitting and receiving the information between two or more points. The major three elements of the communication are transmitting the information, channel or medium of information and receiving of the information.
Communication system is the process of transferring the information using a transmitter and receiver. The transmitter transmits the information and the receiver receives the information. This process is called the Communication system.
The transmitter converts the information into suitable signal form so that the communication channel will understand the signal information. In other words, the transmitter encodes the information to the signal.
The communication channel collects the signal information from the transmitter and reads the signal properly and transmits the information signal to the receiver.
The receiver which receives the information signal from the communication channel and converts the information signal to the information. In other words, it decodes the information signal to the information form.
In the communication system there are two types of signals. They are analog signals and binary digital signals. So, therefore there are two types of communication systems. They are the analog communication system and the digital communication system.
Note: Communication system helps to prevent or resolve the many problems. And communication systems help to create better contact with the peoples who are far away with us. According to Seven C’s, the communication system must be clear, concise, concrete, correct, coherent, complete and courteous.
