First, let us see what immiscible liquids are.
These are the liquids which do not dissolve completely in each other and form two separate layers. The commonest example of immiscible liquids is the mixture of oil and water. With a variety of methods used, they can not be dissolved completely into each other.
There are many methods available to separate a mixture of immiscible liquids.
The first one is by decantation. The apparatus used is separating funnels. It is the most simple and easiest method. The mixture is put in a separating funnel and it is allowed to settle for some time. After sometime, we see that two liquids form two separate layers. Then, the tap of the funnel is opened and one liquid is collected in a beaker and then the second liquid is taken into the second beaker. This method is cheap and reliable. There are many other ways.
If one of two immiscible liquids has low boiling point. Then the other method that can be used is that the mixture should be heated constantly till one of the components evaporates. We will be left with one component. This method has a disadvantage that we get only one component.

Note: It must be noted that decantation method is based on the difference in densities of two liquids. The liquid which has more density will settle down and the one with less density will float on the upper side. Thus, the denser liquid would come out first if we use separating funnel and lighter will come after that.
