Hint: Bending or deviation of light depends on its wavelength. Shorter the wavelength, larger the deviation. Find out, which among the above have the least wavelength to solve this question.

We know the word, VIBGYOR which is,
VIOLET, INDIGO, BLUE, GREEN, YELLOW, ORANGE, RED
These colors are present in the plane light, which will be called white light. But when light is refracted through any medium, these colors tend to show up. This happens because each one of these colors have different wavelengths. And hence, due to the different wavelengths, the deviation they show is different as well. And hence, the light scatters to different angles when it refracts, leading to show different colors after refraction.
The word, VIBGYOR is written in the order of increasing wavelengths of the different colors of the light. That means, Violet has the least wavelength and Red has the greatest wavelength.
Now, we know that the deviation of the light is inversely proportional to the wavelength.
i.e. the light with least wavelength deviates the most.
Therefore, in VIBGYOR, Violet light will deviate the most.
