Hint: A colloid is defined as a mixture that is actually heterogeneous but appears to be homogeneous as the particles are uniformly spread throughout the solution. Colloidal solution are also called colloidal sols.

Complete step by step answer :
Any colloidal solution consists of two parts :
Dispersed phase - This is the phase which is scattered or present in the form of colloidal particles .
Dispersion medium - The medium in which the colloidal particles are dispersed or distributed is known as dispersion medium .
Colloids are heterogeneous mixtures in which the size of the particle is too small to be individually seen by naked eyes but they are big enough to scatter a beam of light passing through it and make its path visible .
Milk is an emulsion.
Now the question arises what is emulsion .
When both the dispersed phase and dispersion medium are liquids then this type of colloid is known as an emulsion .
Hence , milk is a colloid in which liquid is dispersed in liquid .

Option A is correct .

Note:
Emulsions are generally unstable so to stabilize the emulsions emulsifying agents are required. In case of milk, casein is used as an emulsifying agent .
Also milk is oil in water emulsion where dispersed phase is oil and dispersion medium is water .
