Here we have to mention three things and these things are:
1. Humans are able to cook food i.e. converting raw vegetables or pulses into cooked food items, whereas, animals are unable to do so because they have to eat raw vegetables.
2. Humans have the ability to think and act accordingly, whereas animals do not have thinking skills they are bound to do what they are asked to do. So, humans have thinking ability skills whereas animals do not have such skills.
3. Humans cannot be tamed because they have certain skills like thinking logically, emotionally, and applying their minds whereas animals can be tamed and can act as per the owners wish they do not have their wish to do something on their own. So, humans cannot be tamed and animals can be tamed.

Note: Other differences between both the humans and animals are animals do not cry over their situations where humans cry and they can show their emotions. Animals are always sin free as they do not commit any crime whereas, humans are full of sins and sometimes they commit sins also. Animals do not have any desire but humans are full of desires.
