3.He also chairs the meeting of the Council of Ministers and may, according to his wishes, alter the decisions.
4.He may ask any minister to resign or in the event of differences of opinion, urge the President to fire him.
5.He also monitors the actions of all ministers and directs them.
6.He will be resigning from office, bringing about the collapse of the Council of Ministers.

-If the Prime Minister resigns or dies, so other ministers are unable to do any job, which means that with the death/resignation of the Prime Minister, the Council of Ministers dissolves itself.
-With the nomination, the Prime Minister has the right to provide advice to the President.
-The prime minister is parliament's lower house representative.
