Hint: Our blood group is generally based and categorized on the existence and non-existence of antibodies, and inherited antigenic substances on the red blood cell surface. It is inherited and represents the contribution of both parents.

Complete answer:
-Many types of blood groups are present in the human population that includes ABO, Rh, Kidd, Kell, Duffy, MSN, and Lewis. ABO and Rh are the most important blood groups among them. Transfusion of blood with incompatible blood groups can cause severe and potentially fatal transfusion reactions. Red cell hemolysis in certain settings can be caused by Rh because it is highly immunogenic.
-Of all the blood group systems, the ABO blood group is very important. Whether the individual red cells carry the A antigen, the B antigen, both A and B antigens, or neither, there are generally four different types of ABO blood groups.
-During childhood in normal healthy individuals the red cells antibodies i.e IgM or Immunoglobulins were made against A or B antigens that are not expressed on their own cells helps in destroying the cells that carried the corresponding antigens.
For example - red cells of group A is attacked by anti-A antibodies whereas red cells of group B or AB is attacked by anti-B antibodies

Type AA antigenanti-B
Type BB antigenanti-A
Type ABA and B antigensnil

-If the incompatible blood group is transferred in the human body, red cell hemolysis can occur.
For example - if a red cell of group A is transferred into a recipient who belongs to group O, then the recipient's anti-A antibodies will bind to the transfused cells and this incompatible transfusion reaction may cause hemostatic and complement activation that results in the shock, renal failure & death.

So, the correct answer is,” A-p, B-q, C-r, D-s”.

Note:
-Proteins that attacked infections and other foreign bodies are known as antibodies. So, always make sure that different blood groups do not get transfused into the patient.
-Depending on the blood group, anti-A, and anti-B antibodies are present in the plasma.
-According to our blood group our body also has antibodies to A and/or B antigens.
-Recipients of group AB can only receive AB plasma whereas the recipient of group O does not have both A or B antigen. So they can receive plasma of any blood group type.
