Hint: We know that the Fizzy drinks, also known as soft drinks or carbonated beverages, are usually composed of the carbonated water, sweetener, and an artificial or a natural flavoring agent.

Complete answer:
Soft drinks can be carbonated or noncarbonated. Carbonated drinks have carbon dioxide in them. The carbon dioxide in the carbonated drinks makes them bubbly or fizzy. It also contains acid, mostly phosphoric acid. Aerated drinks contain carbon dioxide as solute and water liquid as solvent. Some carbonated soft drinks are Pepsi, coke, Fanta etc. Non-carbonated drinks do not have carbon dioxide in it. Some non-carbonated soft drinks are juices, nectar, and squashes. It makes the pH as low as three. This is added to prevent spoilage. Carbonation is the process of dissolving carbon dioxide in any liquid. Usually, it is added with a lot of pressure in Carbon dioxide which is the reason for the sparkling appearance of the soft drinks and it has a sour taste. Due to this pressure, when we open the soft drink bottle, the bubble oozes through the opening. Also when we open the carbonated soft drinks for some period of time, the drink tastes flat since all the carbon dioxide molecules have escaped.

Note:
Remember that the drinking of fizzy drinks or carbonated beverages in large amounts especially during the development of adolescents may lead to the reduction of the accumulation of bone minerals and thereby, increasing the risk of future fractures. Carbonated drinks cause burping due to the presence of carbon dioxide. It also causes heartburn or acid reflux disease.
