Complete answer:
Konaseema is a group of islands located between the Godavari River tributaries in the Andhra Pradesh District of East Godavari in southern India. Due to similarities with the Kerala backwaters, it is called "God’s Own Creation"
The tributaries of the Vruddha Godavari, Vasishta Godavari, Gautami and Nilarevu surround the Godavari delta.
The Godavari River bifurcates into two distributaries after passing the town of Rajahmundry, the Vruddha Gautami (Gautami Godavari) and the Vasishta Godavari, which then splits further into the Gautami and the Nilarevu. The Vasishta, likewise, is divided into two branches, the Vasishta and the Vainateya. These branches form a delta along the coast of the Bay of Bengal that is 170 km (105 mi) long. The Konaseema area makes up this delta.
The arched entrance to the Konaseema area was intended to complement the natural colors of the region's land and plant life.
This area is best known for its paddy fields and coconut trees. Konaseema-grown coconuts are widely exported to different places in India.
Hence, Option B) East Godavari is the correct answer.

Hence the correct answer is option ‘B’.

Note:Konaseema is surrounded by waters (Godavari and Bay of Bengal) on all sides and is very similar to Kakinada, the district headquarters. The largest city in Konaseema is Amalapuram, followed by Razole, Ravulapalem, Kothapeta, and Mummidivaram.
