Hint:Insects or insecta form the largest group within the phylum arthropoda. The body of insects is covered by an exoskeleton made up of chitin and is divisible into head, thorax and abdomen.

Complete answer:
Insects eggs are Microlecithal and centrolecithal.
An egg is formed as a result of fertilization is fusion of gametes. An egg contains zygote inside its structure. Depending on the quantity of yolk present in the egg, eggs can be classified as- Microlecithal egg, Mesolecithal egg and Macrolecithal egg.
(1) Microlecithal egg: when the quantity of yolk present in an egg is very small, it is referred to as microlecithal egg. Since the human egg cell contains negligible or very small amounts of yolk, human yolk is called microlecithal.
(2) Mesolecithal egg: when yolk is present in a moderate amount inside the egg, it is called mesolecithal.
(3) Macrolecithal egg: When a large amount of yolk is present inside an egg, it is referred to as a macrolecithal egg. Macrolecithal egg is also named as megalecithal or polylecithal egg. Example: Eggs of insects, birds etc.
On the basis of the location of yolk inside the egg, eggs can be classified as-isolecithal, Pelolecithal and centrolecithal egg.
(a) Isolecithal egg: When there is uniform distribution of yolk inside the egg it is called isolecithal egg.
(b) Telolecithal egg: When yolk is present only towards the pole, it is called a Telolecithal egg.
(C) Centrolecithal egg: When yolk is present centrally, it is called centrolecithal egg.
The egg of insects is megalecithal and centrolecithal because the amount of yolk present is very large and the yolk is situated centrally.

Therefore, the correct answer is option (B) Megalecithal and isolecithal.

Note:The phenomenon of an organism to lay eggs is called oviparity and the organisms that lay eggs are called oviparous animals.
