i. Gurgaon- Gurgaon is located in the state of Haryana in the northern part of India, near the Delhi-Haryana border. It is situated about 30 kilometres southwest of the national capital, New Delhi.
The major industry present in Gurgaon is the automobile industry. The economic prosperity of the city started with the establishment of the leading automobile manufacturer Maruti Suzuki India Limited in the 1970s. Though there are many kinds of industries, automobiles are the most noted industrial product of this centre.
ii. Perambur- Perambur is located in the northern region of Chennai in Tamil Nadu. Integral Coach Factory (ICF) a manufacturer of rail coaches is located in the town. It was established in the year 1955, and it is owned and operated by the Indian Railways. Besides manufacturing for the country, the industry also exports its coaches to other countries. It is expected that the industry will manufacture 4,000 units of coaches in the fiscal year of 2019-20. Thus, railway coaches are the main industrial product of the Perambur centre.
iii. Chittaranjan- Chittaranjan Locomotive Works is an Indian based electric locomotive manufacturer, located at Chittaranjan in Asansol city in West Bengal. It has an ancillary industry in Dankuni. The Chittaranjan Locomotive industry is located about 237 km away from Kolkata. It was founded in 1950 and is a public-sector industry. It is the largest locomotive producing industry in the world, with a record of 431 locomotives produced in the year 2019-20. Therefore, locomotives are the most noted industrial product of Chittaranjan.

Note: These industrial products have made the respective centres very famous. Many other industries have grown in these centres as they have become industrial hubs now. Towns have also developed centering these industrial hubs. Lifestyle and standard of living of the people have also increased due to the prosperous trade and commerce industries.
