Hint:Dispute is defined as the disagreement between two or more individuals or parties regarding any matter. Territorial dispute is defined as the disagreement between two or more territorial entities for the possession of land. It is also sometimes related to the possession of natural resources or culture or religion.

Complete answer:
Option B – Nepal is the country with which India is having territorial disputes. Kalapani is situated in the easternmost corner of the state of Uttrakhand in the Pithoragarh district lying between India and Nepal. Susta is located in the Parasi District of Province 5 in Nepal which is a rural municipality.
The Kalapani region is named from the river Kali which according to Nepali is part of their country and according to India it is part of their country which gave rise to the dispute for the origin of the river. This dispute is still going in 2020 with both the countries providing their maps and showing the origin.
The Susta region is at present controlled by India and is considered to be part of Bihar province. During the year 1816, the Treaty of Sugauli was signed which stated Gandaki River to be the international boundary between Nepal and India. The right bank of the river was under the control of Nepal and the left bank was under the control of India. When the treaty was signed it was on the right side but now it has changed its course and is on the left side controlled by India at present. This led to the dispute as the Nepal Government demanded for the return of the region from India.

Therefore, the correct answer is Option B, Nepal.

Note:The Kalapani dispute started in the year 1997. The Susta dispute started in the year 1860. There is dispute on the Lipulekh area too between the two countries which is at present controlled by India.
