Hint: Fahrenheit is the temperature measurement that is commonly used by the United states. Celsius is also used to measure the temperature. The temperature will be expressed in the Celsius scale when the temperature is in the centigrade scale. And expressed in the Fahrenheit when the temperature Fahrenheit scales.

Complete step by step answer:
Mr. Fahrenheit mixed brine water and ammonium sulfate which is called a freezing point 0F. The water's boiling point is $212F$ and freezing point is $32F$. There we have $180$ degree between the boiling point and freezing point.
At the Celsius scale, the water has a \[100^\circ \]boiling point and the \[0^\circ \] freezing point. Hence we have the \[100^\circ \] difference between the boiling point and freezing point.
Now for every degree Celsius, it has \[1.8^\circ \] Fahrenheit.
To convert Fahrenheit to Celsius we have to multiply by $1.8$ and then we have to add $32$.
Now from the question, the given temperature is $ - 71^\circ C$
We have to find the temperature on a Fahrenheit scale $( - 71 \times 1.8) + 32$
Now solve the above we get,
$ - 95.8^\circ F$
Hence the temperature in Fahrenheit scale is $ - 95.8^\circ F$
The given temperature in Fahrenheit scale is $134^\circ F$
We have to convert the $F$ into \[C\]
To convert the $F$ into \[C\] we have to subtract $32$ and then we have to multiply by $\dfrac{5}{9}$
 The $F$ into \[C\] conversion is,
$C = (134^\circ F - 32) \times \dfrac{5}{9}$
Hence it becomes,
$C = (134^\circ F - 32) \times 0.555$
$ \Rightarrow C = (134^\circ F - 32) \times 0.555 = 56.61^\circ C$
Hence the temperature becomes, $56.61^\circ C$

Note: Celsius is widely used to measure the temperature worldwide.
Celsius is named after the Swedish astronomer Anders Celsius.
Fahrenheit is named for the German scientist Daniel Gabriel Fahrenheit.
