Greetings to one and all present here. I am Rani Singh, the Head Girl of ABC Public School. I have been given this opportunity to deliver a farewell speech as part of the passing out batch.
I entered this school as a little three years old, in-class prep. The school campus seemed to be maize to my tiny self back then. Today, after fifteen years of being a part of this school, I know every nook and corner of it. I shall always remember the samosas of the school canteen. Since my first day at school, the aroma of the samosas coming to my classroom always made my mouth water. The school taught me the values of life and built me to be a person ready to take on life. It helped me nurture my athletic skills and artistic skills, apart from the academics.
I plan to take up English literature in college and want to pursue research in the same. I have always set my heart to my passion and excelled in it. I advise my juniors to do the same. You enjoy working when the activity is what you are passionate about. If you do not enjoy your work, you will not be able to give your best to it.
Lastly, I would like to express my gratitude to all the teachers who have been a part of my journey. Each one has shaped me into the strong and bright individual that I am today. I thank you for teaching me the correct values and for imparting your knowledge to me. You all shall always be my role models in life.
