We know that the circumference of the circle is $2\pi r$
Also the wire required to cover the boundary is equal to the circumference of the circular field .
Thus to cover it four times the wire required is 4$ \times $ circumference
i.e $4 \times 2\pi r$ , where r = 280 m
Therefore the wire required to cover the circular field four times is $4 \times 2 \times \dfrac{{22}}{7} \times 280$
$ = 8 \times 22 \times 40 = 7040$ m
