Hint: Sporangium is grown on the leaves of plants like fern and mosses which store spores and release them when they find favourable conditions.

Complete step by step answer:
1 :- Leptosporangiate :- In it each and every sporangium is formed of single epidermal cells , In this type of organization initially a small sporangium is formed and later on it is developed into the entire sporangium. It is one of the sub class of fern and fern is a vascular plant which reproduces by spore formation and no seed and flower development take place.
2 :- Eusporangiate :- It is completely opposite to that of leptosporangiate, in eusporangiate fern the sporangium is developed from different epidermal cells instead of single epidermal cells. It is also a sub division of vascular fern.
3 :- Heterosporangiate :- Heterosporangiate is a subdivision of angiosperm in which both the male and female gamete that is pollen and ovule both originate from different organs. These are mainly herbs and shrubs plants.
4 :- Homosporangiate :- Homosporangiate are the plants in which male and female both gametes that are pollen and anther originate from the same organ with no different organs for development of male and female gametes.
Hence from the above heterosporangiate and homosporangiate both belong to the angiosperm and don’t produce spore they have distinct male and female gametes. Eusporangiate develops from a number of epidermal cells and leptosporangiate has development from the single cell.

So, option A is correct.

Note:
Angiosperms are the most advanced plant phylum which have all well organized parts and sexual mode of fertilization takes place.
