Hint: The rods and cones are types of the photoreceptors present in the eye, and the reflection of light does not occur in the eyes; instead all the light which enters is getting absorbed totally. One is responsible for dark and other for light.

Complete answer:
The choroid is the second outer layer of the eye which is responsible for the formation of the ciliary body at the anterior part of the eye and posteriorly it gets dissolved into the retina and the optic nerve. Also the choroid is responsible for the fulfilment of oxygen and nutrients to the eyes as they only have the blood vessels.
The vision and the photoreceptors the vision of the eye is solely dependent upon the rods and cones and they themselves are the photoreceptors. There are no photoreceptors other than rods and cones. The rods are responsible for the ability of the eyes to see in dark and the cones are responsible for the ability of the eyes to see in the light.
The term blind spot says that it is a blind spot and if light falls on this surface no image can be visualized by the photoreceptors because there are no photoreceptors present there and that is why it is termed as a blind spot.
The fourth option is about the aqueous chamber which is responsible for taking care of the eyes in the form of nutrition and keeping it in a pressurized state. Other than these mentioned functions the aqueous chamber does not perform any other function. This aqueous chamber contains a fluid which is called the Aqueous humor and behind the eyes it contains a thick gel which is known as vitreous humour.

Hence, the correct answer is option (A).

Note: Remember the choroid is responsible for the fulfilment of oxygen and nutrients to the eyes as they only have the blood vessels and aqueous chamber is responsible for keeping the eyes well nourished.
