Quanguo Renmin Daibiao Dahui is the Chinese term for the ‘National People’s Congress’. It has around 3000 members and is the largest parliamentary body in the world. It is the highest organ of power and national legislature in China. It was founded in 1954 and is a unicameral form of parliament i.e. there are no two houses in the Parliament.
