Hint: First we have to write the relation between ‘km’ and ‘m’ and also between ‘hr’ and ‘s’. Later convert ‘m/s’ to ‘km/hr’.

Complete step-by-step solution:
We know that,
\[ \Rightarrow 1km = 1000m\]
And
\[ \Rightarrow 1hour = 60 minutes\]
\[ \Rightarrow 1 minutes = 60 seconds\]
\[ \Rightarrow 1hour = 60 \times 60 seconds\]
As per question
$\therefore \dfrac{m}{s}\,to\,\dfrac{{km}}{{hr}}$
So
$ = \dfrac{{\dfrac{1}{{1000}}}}{{\dfrac{1}{{60 \times 60}}}}$
Simplify
$ = \dfrac{{60 \times 60}}{{1000}}$
$ = \dfrac{{18}}{5}km/hr$

Note: Meter: Meter is the SI unit of length and it is denoted by ‘m’.
Centimeter: Centimeter is the hundredth part of the meter. It is also a base unit in the C.G.S. system where C is centimeter, G is gram and S is second.
Centimeters and millimeters are derived units of meters where a centimeter is a hundredth part of a meter and millimeter is tenth part of a centimeter. Or we say that a millimeter is the thousandth part of a meter. Scalar quantities are those having only magnitude not the direction.
