Hint: In this question, we will first know about the basics of rotational motion and we will also know how a system gets rotated, this will directly give us the required result. Also, we will study the different laws of motion, for our better understanding.

As we know that the rotational motion occurs when every particle in that system or body moves circular about a single line. Now, this line is called the axis of rotation. Further, the radius vectors from this axis of rotation to all the particles undergo the same angular displacement at the same time.
Also, we should know that this axis of rotation need not go through the body. But in general, any rotation of the body or system can be specified completely by the three angular displacements with respect to the rectangular-coordinate axes x, y, and z.
Now, to know how this rotational motion is created we need to understand that when a torque is applied to a body or a system of particles about the axis of rotation, this torque provides a twist and this further causes rotational motion or the system to rotate.

Force is simply any push or pull. The S.I unit of force is Newton represented by N. The acceleration is defined as the increase in the velocity of an object. The acceleration is measured in meters per Second Square.
There are three laws of motions given by Newton. These laws of motion relate an object's motion to the forces acting on it.
First law of motion states that an object continues to be in rest or in motion in a particular direction until and unless any external force is applied on it.
In the second law of motion, the force on an object is equal to its mass times its acceleration. This law also gives the relation of momentum and force.
