First we will discuss about the liquid soap or its example than we will discuss about his mechanism,

Liquid soap is defined as the soap which is made by the salts of vegetable and animal fats and also a salt of fatty acids.
1.The ingredients is used to prepared the liquid soap is,
C.M.S (Andosol and Nitrosol) - is used for the thickness.
2.SLS (Sodium Lauryl Sulphate) - is used as surfactant.
3.Soda ash (sodium carbonate) - is used for softened hard water.
4.STPP (sodium tripolyphosphate) (foam booster)
5.Sulphonic acid – is produced foam in soap.
6.Texapon (foaming agent)
7.Caustic soda removes dirt from the clothes.

Now we will discuss about the mechanism for the preparation of liquid soap,
1.Take a different type of fats like palm kernel oil, coconut oil and olive oil and can use one type of oil or a combination of two or three oils.
2.Make lye water. Mix the caustic soda with water until it dissolves. During this stage, use caution because the reaction between the sodium hydroxide and water produced heat.
3.Combine the oils with the lye water.
4.Once the oil is mixed with the water, allow the soap to rest for 24 hours.
5.After the soap has set, slowly add heat, water and other suitable ingredients until the soap is smooth and at a proper liquid consistency.
