In the cyclohexane ring, there are 6 carbon atoms, while in the straight carbon chain there are four carbon atoms. Hence according to the rules of IUPAC nomenclature, the cyclohexane ring should be chosen as the main chain because of the higher number of carbon atoms in it and thus the straight chain butyl group is chosen as the substituent as the butyl group.

So, the IUPAC nomenclature of the compound is: 1-butyl cyclohexane or simply butylcyclohexane.
