Hint: IUPAC is the chemical nomenclature that helps us in naming the organic chemical compounds. Moreover, organic compounds themselves are a large class of chemical compounds. There are more than nine million organic compounds. Five Common organic compounds are: alcohol, alkenes, amines, acid anhydrides, acyl halides.

Complete answer:
IUPAC stands for international union of pure and applied chemistry.
$ \to $ To find the IUPAC name following steps should be followed that given below:
A. Identify the functional group.
B. Find the longest chain.
C. Then start doing numbering, it's your choice whether you want to count it from left to right or right to left.
D. As shown in figure below, I started numbering from left to right because in left to right the methyl $ (C{H_3}) $ is closer as we can see in the given diagram below that it comes at 2 positions.

E. As we can see from the diagram that we have two $(C{H_3})$ means two methyl. Therefore it will be written as: 2, 11-di-methyl.
F. Now we left with the chain of 13 carbon and the 13 carbon chain is called Tridecane.
G. So, at last and the final step combine all the elements of the name into a single word:
2, 11-di-methyl tridecane Therefore the answer to the given question is 2, 11-di-methyl tridecane.

Note: It is not important that the question would always be asked from methyl groups only, it could be from any group such as alcohol written as (OH). Moreover methyl group is an alkyl derived from methane, with the combination of one carbon atom bonded to three hydrogen atoms $ (C{H_3})$. In molecules this is the most stable group.
