(a) Olfactory nerve: The olfactory receptor neurons' afferent nerve fibres convey odour-related nerve impulses to the central nervous system, where they are experienced via the sense of smell (olfaction).
(b) Optic nerve: The optic nerve is a nerve that runs through the back of the eye. The second cranial nerve is also known as cranial nerve II. It's the second of several cranial nerve pairs. The optic nerve's purpose is to transmit visual information from the retina to the brain's vision centres via electrical impulses.
(c) Facial nerve: The seventh cranial nerve is also known as the facial nerve (CN7). This nerve has two primary roles. It transmits sensory information from the tongue and the mouth's interior. CN7 is responsible for around two-thirds of the tongue's tip. The nerve originates in the brain stem and finishes in the pons and medulla. This nerve also controls the contraction and production of facial expressions via innervating facial muscles.

Note: Without the Nervous System to coordinate all of these tasks, walking, breathing, and thinking would be impossible. It is known as the "director of the choir" since it brings together all functions and components of the body to execute difficult tasks.
