Computerized Axial Tomography or Computed Tomography (CT) is a medical method that involves tomography. A large donut-shaped x-ray machine is placed at many different angles around the body. The X-ray detector of the C.T scanner can see hundreds of different levels of density and tissues in a solid organ. The data is transmitted to a computer that builds up 3-D cross-sectional pictures of the part of the body and displays the picture on the screen. This recorded image is called tomography. The body can be seen on the CAT scan as slices form of skin to the central part.

Magnitude Resonance Imaging (MRI) is a diagnostic radiology technique that uses magnetism, radio waves, and a computer to produce images of body components. It is important to note that MRI does not use ionizing radiation and is involved in x rays and is a safe procedure.MRI is a non – invasive medical imaging technique that helps the physician diagnose certain anatomical abnormalities or pathological conditions. This condition uses in nuclear magnetic resonance imaging use a powerful magnetic field, radiofrequency pulses, and a computer to produce detailed pictures of organs, soft tissues, bones, and virtually all other internal body structures

MRI is used to distinguish pathological tissues from normal tissues.MRI can show even hairline fractures of the pelvis and help that may not be detected by traditional X-ray or CT scan. Ballooning of the blood vessel can be detected by MRI. Moreover, MRI preferred to CT scan as CT scan involves the effect of ionizing radiation where MRI does not have ionizing radiation.
