1) We have the following numbers

Among which, 9 is the largest and 0 is the smallest.
2) To make an even number, our number should be divisible by 2. 0 and 2 are the only numbers divisible by 2.
3) Since, 9>5>2>1>0, our number will have 2 in the last (8th) place and 1 as the first (1st) digit of our number.
