Hint: Humans have five senses which we are studying from our childhood. Those are sight, taste, smell, hearing and touch. These are those senses which work with the collaboration and cooperation of the brain. These senses are sensed by receptors which get activated by the stimuli and transfer the message to the brain.

Complete answer:
As mentioned above the five senses which we humans have are sensed by their particular receptor i.e. sight has its own separate receptor just like that taste, hearing, touch and smell too have their own separate receptors. These receptors are activated in response to the stimuli and further it sends the electrical impulse through the neurons (present in our brain) to the brain. And then the brain allows us to function or react accordingly to these senses. Cerebrum which is the upper most part of the brain has all the lobes which have those receptors linked to our five senses. Cerebrum has hemispheres which are divided by the fissures. The different lobes for these senses are occipital lobe, frontal lobe, parietal lobe, brain stem out of these occipital lobe is for sight, frontal lobe is for smell, parietal lobe is for touching sense and brain stem is for taste. So, these work in collaboration to perform or feel all these senses.

Note: Cerebrum is also called telencephalon is the known largest part of the brain. It is responsible for our memory, speech, senses and emotional response. It is divided into two hemispheres which are separated by fissures. Hence electrical impulse, receptors have a major role to convey the response against stimuli to the brain.
