Hint: A fraction represents a part or a whole or, more generally any number of equal parts. When spoken in everyday English, a fraction describes how many parts of a certain size there are. A simple fraction consists of a numerator displayed above the line and a denominator displayed below the line. The denominator must be non-zero, if the denominator is zero then the fraction remains undefined. Here are some examples of fractions, $\dfrac{2}{3},\dfrac{5}{4}$

Complete step-by-step solution:
A fraction written in lowest terms that is by dividing the numerator and denominator through by their greatest common divisor. This is the normal type of reduced fraction. While converting the percentage form into reduced fraction we have to follow the steps written below to get the reduced fraction.
Steps to convert the percentage form into reduced form:
Step $1$: we have to write down the percent divided by $100$ like this: per cent $100$
Step $2$: If the percent is not a whole number, then multiply both top and bottom by $10$ for every number after the decimal point.
Step $3$: Simplify or reduce the fraction.
As we have been discussed in the above steps,
According to the first step, percent means out of $100$
Therefore, $75%$ can be written as $\dfrac{75}{100}$
Now, we can reduce it as follows:
$\Rightarrow \dfrac{75}{100}=\dfrac{25\times 3}{25\times 4}$
$=\dfrac{3}{4}$
Therefore we can conclude that $\text{75 }\!\!%\!\!\text{ }$ can be expressed as $\dfrac{3}{4}$ in terms of reduced fraction.

Note: We must not make any silly mistakes here by writing the answer as $\dfrac{75}{100}$ or 0.75. Fractions contain two parts: numerator and denominator. The numerator and denominator should be the lowest numbers in which the number can be expressed as fractions. And per cent means it is for the 100.
