For converting the decimal number to a fraction we will remove the decimal sign and divide the above number by ${{10}^{2}}$ as follows:
$= \dfrac{85}{100}$
Now we will simplify it further by dividing the denominator and numerator by $5$ as both the numerator and denominator is completely divided by $5$as follows:
$= \dfrac{\dfrac{85}{5}}{\dfrac{100}{5}}$
$= \dfrac{17}{20}$
