Hint: Diffusion is the process in which molecules move from high concentration to lower concentration. Under the concentration gradient. It is a very important process. In humans it helps to move the substance in and out of the cell. There are two types of diffusion: facilitated diffusion and simple diffusion.

Complete answer:
Diffusion is the process which helps in gaseous movement. In the human body, diffusion helps in gaseous exchange, water, salt and waste from our kidney. The advantage of diffusion is that it doesn't require energy for regulation, as opposed to a cell having to make proteins that pump molecules across a membrane.
Lungs and gases: During the respiration process the cell requires oxygen to make energy, and the by-product of this process is carbon dioxide. As we know only oxygen is needed to sustain the cells in organs, but Carbon dioxide is toxic. So, we need to remove these gases from our body.
Kidney and wastes: The kidney is used to filter out the salts and the waste product from our bloodstream. These molecules are collected as urine which is excreted by our body. The kidneys contain many microscopic filtration systems called nephrons.
Skin and heat: When a person's body temperature rises, it needs to cool down. So, the heat of body leaves through the process of diffusion, although heat is not a molecule it is just one way of cooling our body through sweating as water evaporates from the skin it takes heat with it and make us feel cool and this also allows more blood which carries body heat to be at the skin, sweating and blood vessels dilation work together to diffuse the heat from our body.

Note:
There are few factors that affect the process of diffusion and they are following temperature area of interaction size of the particle and the concentration gradient diffusion is a natural and physical process which happens on its own and it doesn’t require any forms of energy hello diffusion is an important process because in all living species it helps the molecules move during the metabolic process in the cell.
