Radiation:
Requires no matter to transfer the energy as we get the sun rays.

When the fuel inside the sun's core gets heated up and burns its fuel gets consumed; the heat and light energy is spread in all the directions through the mode of radiation, which reaches Earth and other planets. Note: We have many applications of conduction like when we apply heat to the metal container which contains water, after some time we gets the warm water which is due to the conduction. Heat energy from metal container gets transferred to the water and likewise we get the cooked food.
