Hint: These cells are present only during tooth development that deposit enamel. It controls ionic and organic compositions of enamel. Enamel is the hardest substance within the physical body.

Complete answer: Ameloblasts are the cells present only during tooth development which secretes the enamel proteins enamelin and amelogenin which can later mineralize to make enamel, the hard outermost layer of the tooth forming the surface of the crown. Ameloblasts also control the ionic and therefore the organic compositions of enamel.
Osteoblast-  It's the cell that helps in bone formation of the teeth.
Odontoblast-  It's the cell that helps within the formation of dentine of the teeth.
Osteoclast-  It's the dental stem cell where the teeth start growing.
In the center of the tooth is the cavity containing blood vessels, lymph vessels, and nerves, and surrounding this is often hard ivory- like substances called dentine. Outside the dentine of the crown may be a thin layer of very hard substances, enamel. The basis of the tooth, on the opposite hand, is roofed with a substance resembling bone, called cement, which secures the tooth in its socket. Blood vessels and nerves pass to the tooth through a little foramen (hole) at the apex of every root.
So, the correct answer is ‘Ameloblast’.

Note:
- Enamel is the hardest substance within the physical body that carries the highest percentage of minerals (at 96%) , with water and organic material making up the remainder. The primary mineral is hydroxyapatite.
- Enamel is made on the tooth while the tooth develops within the jaw bone before it erupts into the mouth. Once fully formed, enamel doesn't contain blood vessels or nerves.
