Hint:As we all know that in a plane mirror the image that is formed is always laterally inverted. So we can say that it means that the left hand portion of the image becomes the right hand portion, although the image is not vertically inverted. So It is like flipping an image.

Complete step-by-step answer:
As we all know that only two rays are required to make an image. So we can say that if an image is formed in a plane mirror, it is just reversed in the direction perpendicular to the surface of the mirror. It means that the left becomes right and the right becomes left. Here we come to know that the distance between the image and the mirror and the distance between the object and the mirror is the same in case of image formation in plane mirror. We can observe it like an apparent flipping of an image along the vertical axis. Due to this lateral inversion of the image, it becomes difficult to read the text of the image as the letters become laterally inverted.
We can conclude that the image is purely symmetric to the object and hence the correct option is (A).
We can say that the image is real and inverted and hence option (B) is wrong because we know that in a plane mirror the image formed is purely real.
We better know that the Reflection plays an important role in formation of the image but it doesn't tell us about the nature of the image. The nature of the image depends upon the position of the object and the nature of the mirror whether it is a concave mirror, convex mirror or plane mirror. Therefore, we can say that option (C) is wrong.
So we encounter difficulty in reading the text of the image and hence we can say that the option (D) is wrong, since option (D) tells us about no difficulty which is definitely wrong.
Option A is the correct option

Note:We already know that real image forms when light rays actually intersect at the place of image which is mainly upside down or inverted. The image formed in the plane mirror is always real. For a virtual image we have to go with a curved mirror.
