03Here, water loss takes place due to sunlight thus, transpiration takes place during day time only.This occurs during early morning hours or during night time when sunlight is not available.
04This is a very fast process as with increase in sunlight heat increases which further increases the process of transpiration.This is a very slow process because non-availability of sunlight and also sunlight is not required.
05Transpiration takes place through the stomata. When stomata open for gaseous exchange then water converts to vapours and gets lost.Guttation takes place through hydathodes. These are modified pores present on epidermis of leaves.
06If excessive transpiration takes place, it results in wilting. Wilting is a condition of non-woody parts of a plant in which they lose their rigidity. If excessive guttation takes place it results in low transpiration and high root pressure. This condition does not lead to wilting.
07Transpiration takes place in mostly all higher order terrestrial plants. Guttation takes place in mostly herbaceous plants.

> Drought conditions: when moisture of soil lowers below a set level, which is favourable condition of plants.
> Temperature: Temperature drops to a point where the vascular system of plants cannot work properly.
> High salinity: When soil has high levels of salts and plant roots are not able to take sufficient oxygen for respiration.
> Clogs due to microorganisms: Many microbes grow in the roots of plants also inside the plants so they can block vascular systems and transportation of minerals and water may become difficult but chances of this are very low.
