Hint: Lymphocytes and monocytes are both white blood cells. There are really five main kinds of white blood cells in the body. The other three are basophils, neutrophils, and eosinophils.

White blood cells are distributed into two categories, categorized like granulocytes and agranulocytes. Neutrophils, eosinophils, basophils are located in granulocytes and monocytes and lymphocytes are agranulocytes. Granulocytes need granules extant in their cytoplasm whereas agranulocytes lack any type of granules in their cytoplasm.
