For availing 7/12 or getting it one can contact the Tehsildar of their districts and can make their names registered for a specific group of land. While the Property Card is the card which is given to the owners of the flats or the land, which makes them the legal buyer or owner of the property. This scheme or law is launched by our Prime Minister, Narendra Modi to avoid any dispute that arises regarding the real owner of the property.
