Hint: A grain and a seed are botanically related but not the same thing. A seed is not the same as a grain in terms of nutrition and digestibility. A germinated or sprouted seed is even less similar, having undergone a complete physical and chemical transformation during and after germination – similar to a caterpillar emerging from its cocoon as a butterfly – everything changes.
