(i) Serious criminal cases pending against the person.
(ii) Details of the assets and liabilities related to the candidates and his family.
(iii) Educational qualifications and related to the candidates.
(iv) This information has to be made available publicly for access. It is needed to give the opportunity to the voters to make their decision on the basis of this information.
