Hint: The trade union movement, (also known as the Indian workers’ movement) in India started with the forming of Bombay Mill Hands Association in 1890. The six phases of the trade union movement in India are as follows: A. Pre-1918 Phase B. 1918-1924 Phase C. 1925-1934 Phase D. 1935-1938 Phase E. 1939-1946 Phase F. 1947.

Complete answer:
The founder of the trade union movement in India was Narayan Meghaji Lokhande (1848–1897). Not only is he remembered for improving the working conditions of textile mill-hands in the 19th century, but also for his courageous caste and society related initiatives. In 2005, the government of India issued a postage stamp with his image. Narayan Meghaji Lokhande was one of Mahatma Jyotirao Phule's influential colleagues. He was born into a Thane family in Mali. He was taught until high school. In its second year in 1874, he heard about the Satyashodhak movement early enough to become a member.
Lokhande is remembered in India as the Founder of the Trade Union Movement. He took over the management of Deenbandhu, published from Mumbai, from 1880 onwards. He also left his work as head clerk at a cotton mill in Mumbai at this time and formed the Millhands' Association, completely dedicating himself to social service. Along with Lokhande, Phule addressed the textile workers' meetings in Bombay as well. It is relevant that no such effort was made by any organization to resolve their grievances before Phule and his colleagues Krishnarao Bhalekar and Lokhande attempted to unite the peasants and the workers. Lokhande began the first labor association in India known as ‘Bombay Mill Hands Union'.

Therefore, the correct answer is Option C.

Note: The following labor rights can be acknowledged to the initiative of Lokhande.
1) Sunday as the weekly holiday
2) 30 minutes Recess in the afternoon
3) Disbursal of salary by 15th of every month
