Hint: Force is a physical unit which was given by English Physicist, Isaac Newton. Newton majorly worked during the \[{{17}^{th}}\] and early \[{{18}^{th}}\] century. Isaac Newton is considered as one of the greatest physicists of all time.

Complete step by step answer:
Force is a push or pull on an object. Force can act on an object when it is interacted with some other object. Force is an external agent that can change the object’s state of motion, which means it can make a resting body move and make a moving body come to rest.
The SI unit of force is called Newton (Named after the great English scientist Isaac Newton) and it is denoted by ‘N’ and SI base unit of $kg.m.{{s}^{-2}}$
It can be calculated by the formula
F = ma
Where, F is the net force
While m and a are the mass and acceleration of the body
Force are of many types, some of the examples are:
Frictional Force: The opposing force generated by the two bodies in contact
Gravitational Force: The force that attracts any two bodies with mass
Tension Force: Force that is transmitted through any rope, string or wire when pulled
Magnetic Force: Attraction or repulsion that is generated between any two electrically charged bodies

Note:
The force is one of the most fundamental physical units. Force is a vector quantity, which means it has both magnitude and direction. All types of forces can be compiled under two types:
Contact force: Force which is generated between the bodies in contact, e.g. Frictional force, mechanical force etc.
Non-contact force: Force which can be generated between the bodies which are not in contact, e.g. Gravitational force, magnetic force etc.
