Similarly , The second place after the decimal that is to the right of the decimal is called the hundredth place and the number placed just after the tenth place is known as the number of hundredths.

We can represent the number as a decimal number by making their denominator tenth ( $\dfrac{1}{{10}}$ ) , hundredth ( $\dfrac{1}{{100}}$) , thousandth ( $\dfrac{1}{{1000}}$).
