Hint: The Celsius scale and Kelvin scale are very commonly used scales to measure temperature in our day to day life. The relationship between Kelvin and Celsius scale can be given as -
Temperature in Celsius = Temperature in Kelvin - 273

Complete step by step answer :
The Kelvin and Celsius both scales are very commonly used. The Celsius scale is used in our daily life. The Kelvin scale is used to express the temperature in SI units.
The relationship between Kelvin and Celsius scale can be given as -
Temperature in Kelvin = Temperature in Celsius + 273
Alternatively, we can write -
Temperature in Celsius = Temperature in Kelvin - 273
So, now let us do above conversions as-
a.) 283 K
Temperature in Celsius = 283 - 273
Temperature in Celsius = 10$^0C$
b.) 570 K
Temperature in Celsius = 570 - 273
Temperature in Celsius = 297$^0C$
So, the following results are obtained as -
a.) 283 K = 10$^0C$
b.) 570 K = 297$^0C$

Note: The Kelvin is the SI unit to measure temperature. The device that is used to measure temperature is the thermometer. It is filled with mercury that has a speciality that it shows a large change for a very small temperature difference. Mercury has a high coefficient of expansion. The Kelvin scale differs from Celsius in that it starts from absolute zero.
