Hint: To solve the type of question mentioned above we will be using all the details properly and will be using rulers, pencil and a compass to draw the quadrilateral ABCD with dimensions and the angles mentioned. We will also use a protractor to draw the lines with that particular angle.
Complete step by step solution:
For starting this type of question we will first be taking a random point in a plain sheet of paper and will be assuming it to be point A of the quadrilateral. Then we will make a straight line of 4.5 cm horizontally which will give us our 2nd point of quadrilateral that is point B.
After drawing the straight horizontal line we will use the protector keeping its center point at B and mark the \[{{60}^{\circ }}\] on the left side (as it is a quadrilateral it will be closed so to ensure that it happens we will be marking that on the left side) and then join those two points making it a straight line between those two points. After joining those two points we will be using the compass to mark 5.5cm on that line to give us point C of the quadrilateral.
After we get point C we will use the compass again to make an arc at a distance of 5cm from point C in the left direction (as it is a quadrilateral it will be closed so to ensure that it happens we will be marking that on the left side) and then again we will make an arc at a distance of 4.8cm from point A in upward direction. The intersection point of those two arcs will give us the required point D and our required quadrilateral.
