For the movement of an object the force is applied in the direction to which we want the body to move, however if opposite force is applied it acts as a resistance for the motion of the body and will be called as frictional force.

Motion is the change in the position of an object with respect to time. The motion may be uniform or non uniform.
A uniform motion is that condition of the body in which it covers equal distance in equal interval of time. Like a car is moving $5Km/h$ for the first $5$ minutes and in next $5$ minutes again moves with the speed of $5Km/h$ and so on, then this type of motion is said to be uniform motion.
A non uniform motion is that condition of the body in which it covers unequal distance in equal intervals of time. Like a car is moving $5Km/h$ for the first $5$ minutes and in next $5$ minutes again moves with the speed of $7Km/h$ and so the changes continue for next interval, then this type of motion is said to be non uniform motion.
The conclusion for an object moving with a uniform velocity is that there is no unbalanced force. That means there may be some forces acting on the body, however the sum of these forces is zero
