Hint: As we know that $N{{H}_{4}}OH$is the chemical formula of ammonium hydroxide which is a base whereas HCl is the formula of hydrochloric acid. When both react with each other, a neutralization reaction takes place. So we will write down their neutralization reaction and balance them if required.

-Let us first discuss about neutralization reaction as follows:-
-Neutralization reaction: It can be described as a chemical reaction in which an acid and a base react with each other to form salt and water molecules as products. In this reaction there is a combination of hydrogen ions (${{H}^{+}}$) with hydroxide ions ($O{{H}^{-}}$) which form water and rest ions combine with each other to form salt.
-As ammonium hydroxide is a strong base and hydrochloric acid is a strong acid, so they react with each other and get neutralized to form salt and water molecules as shown below:-
$N{{H}_{4}}OH+HCl\to N{{H}_{4}}Cl+{{H}_{2}}O$
Here ammonium chloride is formed as salt by the interaction of ammonium and chloride ions.
-The balancing of above chemical equation is done as follows:-
We will compare the number of atoms of different elements on both reactant and product side so as to check whether the mass on both sides of reaction is equal or not.
As we can see that each number of atoms of different elements is the same on both sides, therefore we do not need to balance it and it will be considered as a balanced equation.
