Hint: The nucleus of the cell is the site of presence of DNA which are the basic heredity material of the organisms. The DNA has all the complete set of instruction and information needed for carrying out different biological processes. The chromosomes contain the DNA.

Complete answer:
Chromatins are described as highly organized complexes consisting of the DNA and the protein. They exist in two forms which are either condensed form or extended form. The condensed form is known as heterochromatin and the extended form is known as euchromatin. The proteins present with the DNA are known as histone proteins. These proteins help to organize the DNA into structural units that are known as the nucleosomes.
The chromatins are made up of different types of nucleosomes. The chromatins in turn form the chromosomes.
In the eukaryotic cells, the chromatins are composed of equal mass of DNA and histone proteins. Non-histone proteins are also found. The structure of the chromatin appears as a bead like structure arranged on an elongated thread. The structure of protein is governed by the conditions such as replication of DNA and different phases of the cell cycles. The structure of the chromatin appears as an entangled mass of thread-like structures especially when the DNA is not replicating or dividing. The thread-like structures are known as chromatin threads. Chromatin threads, also known as fibers, are further coiled and condenses to form the chromosomes.
Defective genes are responsible for various types of genetic disorders and they arise due to mutation. They can cause several medical conditions.
A replicated DNA is formed by the process of replication of the strands of DNA in which one of the strands acts as the template strand. The replicated new strand is known as complementary strands.

Therefore, the correct option is option C.

Note: Chromatins are the compact structures that are composed of DNA covered by proteins known as the histone proteins. They in turn condense and coil to give rise to the chromosomes. THe chromatin appears as entangled thread or fibers like structures when the DNA are not replicating or dividing.
