Temperature on Wednesday = Temperature on Tuesday - ${3^\circ}C$
So, temperature on Wednesday

   = - {7^\circ}C - {3^\circ}C \\
   = - {10^\circ}C \\

Also given that: on Thursday, it rose by ${6^\circ}C$
Since the temperature rose by ${6^\circ}C$ so we will add ${6^\circ}C$ to the given temperature on Wednesday.
